Mice is one of the major causes of damage to crops and electrical systems throughout the world. They can spread diseases , damage buildings, contaminate food and bring in fleas and other parasites.
Damage to homes and offices
Mice can enter our homes through very small openings. They can cause structural damage to homes, apartments,offices, and virtually any type of building through gnawing, nest building, and defecation. They can chew anything they see for building their nests.
These disgusting rodents can chew wood, paper, clothes, books,etc. They will burrow or gnaw into furniture or even car seats to create a hidden, snug nest. They will even build nests in large electrical appliances,chewing on or through insulation and wiring can cause them to short circuit, malfunction or creates fire risk.
Damage to food and crops
Mice eat large amounts of food,and contaminate even more with urine, feces,and hair. They spoil and contaminate the harvested crops in threshing floors and stored grains in storage. They can also damage crops by digging burrows for food and nesting.
Diseases caused by rodents
Mice can carry harmful diseases,such as Hantavirus, Leptospirosis, Lymphocytotic choriomeningitis, Tularemia and Salmonellosis, Plague and Typhus.
